Our weekly regular bicycle club rides are on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Club members are notified by email which includes all the bike club schedule and ride information or members can check for rides and cycling events on the club calendar in this website.
The ride meeting place on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday is the CVS parking lot off Village Glen and on the east side of the CVS in the Westlake Village Plaza and Center at 2791 Agoura Rd, Thousand Oaks, CA 91361. Depending on which group you ride with, rides vary in length between 13-30 miles and most rides include a warm up ride around the lake departing 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled regular ride begins.
In addition to the local rides around Thousand Oaks, a small group of adventurous riders embarks on the Wednesday Away Rides also known as the WAR rides. The Wednesday Away Rides are organized rides that start at various locations in Ventura County and range between 35 – 60 miles.
All local rides end with an optional social gathering at Gelson's Market and coffee and lunch at some suitable location "out there" on the WAR rides.
